Hey everyone! My name is Garret Towe, and I am the Corporate Relations Chair for DanceBlue 2024. I started my role in DanceBlue eager to serve and advocate for the young Kentucky kids fighting the hardest battles of their lives. DanceBlue has not only provided me an avenue for making a difference, but it has given me the biggest, most loving family anyone could hope for. It is an honor to be a part of something that leaves such an impact on the community it serves. DanceBlue changes you forever, as those you have the privilege of meeting make an enormous mark on your heart. From camp Kids Cancer Alliance this past summer to volunteering in the Clinic, I will always remember the joy I have seen within these amazing, strong, courageous children of DanceBlue.
In an effort to continue being able to provide these wonderful families with the support they deserve, I have the incredible opportunity of presenting this year’s DanceBlue Silent Auction! We would love for you to join us for an evening full of live music, hors d’oeuvres, and good company for an even better cause. The Silent Auction will be held on Friday, October 6, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at The Cornerstone, located at 409 S Limestone. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online here, or through the University of Kentucky Box Office either in-person or over the phone at (859) 257-8427. The presale price for tickets are $25 for students or $35 for community members, or they can be bought at the door for $35 or $45, respectively. The dress for the event is cocktail attire.
